Downshift Records- "Songs From The Rockin Chair"
Our latest release packages four Progressive House songs with an Elektro-Rock edge:
The opening track, Ahavalon by Magnifica, consist of a little bit of Techno, a drop of Frankie Knuckles and alot of Roxy Music, which makes it a promising number for fans of music of the deep.
"Jeremy" is Khan Edison's own interpretation of the Pearl jam classic. A deep and uplifting Elektro composition orchestrated with original live guitars and samples from the original. "Jeremy" (Dub mix)- The dub version follows the original concept only with a heavier Elektro accent. Last, "R U Hip" by Khan Edison is a monstrous tune with a 6/8 beat, distorted guitar riffs and a heavily compressed bassline, all intertwined with Khan's Elektro signature.
