Tune in to DJ Veryfine

Hailing from Lucca, Italy, Gabriel left his native country in 1986 settling with his family in New York City. Being introduced to electronic dance music in 1997, Gabriel discovered the dance scene, often attending clubs and raves on the weekends. Fascinated with the many styles of Trance and the scene, Gabriel started purchasing vinyl from local record stores in New York City. 50 records later, during the fall of 1999, marks a turning point for Gabriel when he purchased his first set up: 2 Numark TT-1600 turntables, a Gemini amp & mixer, the spinning began. Now an aspiring DJ, February of 2002, Gabriel replied to an ad in the local newspaper about an Internet radio station that was looking for DJs to spin underground dance music. On March 4, 2002, DJ Veryfine was born on Downshiftradio. Shortly there after, Veryfine purchased new turntables and a mixer, advancing his mixing and music. Today DJ Veryfine is still going strong with his weekly broadcast on Downshiftradio now called The Veryfine Sessions. With styles varying from vocal, progressive, uplifting, and nrg to hard style, acid trance. Influences are numerous and include Nostrum, Jon The Dentist, DJ Pulsedriver, DJ Quicksilver, Green Court, Cosmic Gate, Sunbeam, Mario Lopez, Dumonde, Ferry Corsten, Lange, DJ Scot Project, DJ Wag, Dave 303, DJ Shah, Plastic Angel, DJ Mello-D. DJ Veryfine wants to thank all of those tuning in to Downshiftradio and to those who support the underground dance music.
